Biggar Gin 5cl 43%

This delicious hand-crafted gin is made by two brothers in very small batches of not more than 200 bottles at a time from locally-sourced botanicals (and some from further afield, since citrus fruit doesn’t ripen very well in Scotland) and bottled at 43% alcohol. Winner of the best London dry gin title at The Gin Guide Awards 2018.

Notes of fresh orange and oily juniper, with a touch of thyme honey helping develop the sweet/savoury juxtaposition.
