With an ever increasing and diverse selection of barrels and finishings there is a White Peaks Wire Works Whisky that will hit the spot whatever your tastes may be. Expressions include Wire Works bourbon barrel, Wire Works Necessary Evil Finish, Wire Works Caduro, WIre works full Port to name just a few.
Shining Cliff Gin
Award winning Derbyshire dry gin is inspired by the woodland and hedgerows of Shining Cliff Woods. Their gins include the Shining Cliff Original gin, the Shining Cliff Citrus gin and the Shining Cliff Spiced gin.
White Peak Rum
A rum to savour. The long 30-day fermentation gives White Peak Rum real depth of flavour and complexity, all coming from the distilled spirit.
