The River Test Distillery
The River Test Distillery is set on the banks of the famous river Test which winds its way through the Test Valley in the heart of Hampshire. Owned and run by Sarah and Jonathan Nelson, they take inspiration and use the botanicals that can be found on the riverside banks, and especially their use of meadow sweet that is harvested from the river bank beside the distillery.
