The Hawkstone Brewery
The Hawkstone Brewery is owned by Jeremy Clarkson. It grew out of the Cotswold Brew Company, a family-owned business founded in 2005 by Rick and Emma Keene.
Clarkson, who is a local farmer (and TV Celebrity) , launched the Hawkstone range of premium British beers and ciders in 2021. The beers are named after the Hawkstone, a Neolithic standing stone in the Cotswold Hills, and are produced in the Hawkstone brewery in Bourton on the Water. The brewery uses traditional methods to produce craft kegged beers, including barley grown on Clarkson's Cotswold farm.
We sell thier beers, ciders and vodka, both in the shop and in Isla's Bar.
