Green Shed Cider are traditional craft cider makers based in Newbury, West Berkshire. They make a variety of ciders from apples collected locally and selected cider apples sourced from friends.
Shed One is the start of a journey to develop our signature cider. A blend of two Bittersweet Cider apples, Yarlington Mill and Vilberie and balanced with local dry cider. It is sweetened to a Medium. The Yarlington Mill is the dominant apple but the strong tannins are balanced with the natural acidity of the local apples. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.
All ciders are 100% juice, pressed by hand and wild fermented.
Store upright. Drink chilled and pour carefully, if you like a clear cider, as there may be some natural sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Do not worry if you don’t, it will just be a little cloudy and won’t affect the flavour!!
