Description
Green Shed Cider are traditional craft cider makers based in Newbury, West Berkshire. They make a variety of ciders from apples collected locally and selected cider apples sourced from friends.
Created over a socially distanced table in the “Catherine Wheel” pub in central Newbury. This blend uses Ellis Bitter as a base then adding the stronger flavoured Prince William and balanced by my local dry cider. Sweetened to a medium you should pick out the tannic flavours of the two cider apples. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.
All ciders are 100% juice, pressed by hand and wild fermented.
Store upright. Drink chilled and pour carefully, if you like a clear cider, as there may be some natural sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Do not worry if you don’t, it will just be a little cloudy and won’t affect the flavour!!
