Description
This yellow liqueur created in 1840 is based on the recipe of the Elixir Vegetal de la Grand Chartreuse. Yellow Chartreuse is characterised by its sweetness, its spicy aromas and its natural colour imparted by the 130 plants, flowers, barks, roots and spices. Then the liqueur ages for a lengthy period in oak casks known as 'foudres' before being bottled, and it continues to evolve and develop it complexity in the bottle.
