Ohhhhh man are we excited to share this with you! After their remarkably fast selling Orangecello back in March, Tom decided to double down and try his hand at another cello concept. Their Pink Lemoncello combines organic spirit, fresh lemon peel, lemon juice (210 kilos of lemons were hand processed), sugar and slowly roasted strawberries.
All of this has been sitting in the distillery getting to know one another for the last few months and they have finally decided that it’s ready!
On the nose it’s bright lemon with jammy notes of strawberry. On the pallet it’s packed full of zest and cleansing citrus with a lovely finish of strawberry sweetness.
Serve on the rocks or straight out of the fridge, perfect for the hot days to come!
