Description
The 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured Single Malt was distilled from 2011,2012 and 2013 barley harvests and matured for a minimum of 11 years in 16 ex-oloroso sherry butts. During maturation, layers of dried fruits and rich spices have infused with the whisky, which balance beautifully with the natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke of the Kilchoman spirit.
