Description
Cargo Cult source a unique blend of aged rums from the South Pacific, which are spiced with cardamom, clove, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla. The result is a fine spirit which is aged in the heat of the tropics.
Standing alone in the spiced rum category, Cargo Cult doesn’t contain any added sugar, allowing the rum’s natural flavours to shine.
Handcrafted in small batches, by marrying rum from Papua New Guinea’s Ramu River Valley, with those from the sun-drenched island of Fiji. To meet Australia’s strict import and production legislation, the rums are then blended and spiced in a small winery in Orange, New South Wales before being aged for up to 3 years in ex-Bourbon barrels.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Aged rums, clove, cardamom, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon.
HOW TO ENJOY
Developed to perfectly complement ginger beer, this unusually dry spirit has notes of warm spices, with a lively palate and smooth finish. Extremely versatile, the spiced profile also mixes brilliantly with freshly pressed apple juice, colas and a wide variety of cocktails and serves.
