Made from selected malts of the highest quality, following the traditional techniques of the Acha family after five generations. Its long passage through oak barrels of different origins and levels of toasting complements and rounds off this incredible wine with incomparable aromas and flavors, the result of a careful selection of whiskey from our original reserve after having matured for a minimum of 18 years, following a old family recipe almost a hundred years old. Product awarded with the Silver medal at the INTERNATIONAL SPIRITS COMPETITION (London 2022) Whiskey with a magnificent mahogany color and amber reflections, displaying an intense layer of color that betrays its long ageing. Of great aromatic complexity and marked notes of dried fruit and nuts, on a spicy and woody background. On the palate it is moderately smoky and strongly iodized, giving way to sweet and fruity notes, leaving a long, intense and spicy finish. -PERFECT SERVE: Alone, mixed with very cold mineral water. It is perfect on the rocks or in a glass prepared flavored with citrus peel. Ideal in classic and contemporary cocktails.
