Matured exclusively in Bourbon Barrels of exceptional quality for over three years, developing a distinctive profile. This Lindores Single Malt is bottled at the distillery at their unique Limited-Edition strength of 49.4% ABV. Non chill filtered.

• Milled, Mashed, Fermented and Distilled on site at Lindores Abbey Distillery from 100% Fife barley and local water source.
• As with all of Lindores Whisky, this release is non chill filtered, of natural colour and bottled on site at Lindores Abbey Distillery.
• First release in ‘The Casks of Lindores 2’ series, which will be three releases exploring the three core casks types of Lindores: Bourbon Casks, STR Wine Barriques & Oloroso Sherry Butts.
• This release is showcasing our Single Malt Whisky matured exclusively in First Fill Kentucky Bourbon Casks of exceptional quality.
• Series 2 is allowing consumers to explore a longer maturation time than series 1, a fantastic way to follow the evolution of Lindores Whisky as it matures year by year.

Nose:	Pleasant mellow fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches.
Palate:	Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, vanilla, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture.
Finish Â	Medium length finish
