Nose:
- Fresh maritime influence – sea air, crystal salt, edible seaweed
- Green apple, lemon, dried herbs
- Oak, vanilla, spice meld in: nutmeg, cinnamon, clove
Palate:
- Thick, creamy mouthfeel with orchard fruit – orange, lemon, tart and stewed apples
- Sea-salted vanilla, gentle pepper, oak spice
- Spice accents: ginger, white pepper, mint, toasted nut/peppery oak
Finish:
- Medium length with warm oak spice, slight peppery heat
- Saline-mineral dryness on the finish; water enhances brightness
