1794 Celebrates the year that Arbikie was first discovered as a distillery. Now, as then, all the ingredients for the still are taken from the distilleries farm and its surroundings. They sow, nurture, harvest, distil, mature and bottle the spirits on site.
Records show that rye grain was used in Scotch whisky production until the late 19th century. The distillery have revived this tradition using rye grown on the estate, creating a Highland rye whisky that is bold, exciting and full of flavour.
