Peated spirit matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks is followed by a further three and a half years in Sauternes barriques, creating a decadent yet balanced profile. Bottled at 50% ABV, un-chill filtered and of natural colour, it delivers vibrant fruit sweetness, warming spice, and earthy peat in equal measure.
