  • A masterful blend of over 100 eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fins Bois.
  • Some eaux-de-vie aged up to 30 years in French Limousin oak barrels.

👃 Nose

  • Aromatic with rich dried and candied fruits—prunes, raisins, figs.
  • Spicy undertones: cinnamon, black pepper, mixed with dark chocolate and oak.

👅 Palate

  • Complex layers: dark chocolate, dark stone fruits (plums, orange peel), and sultanas
  • Balances smooth power with warmth—notes of butterscotch, cocoa butter, leather, vanilla, and subtle oak and spice.

🍂 Finish

  • Long, resonant finish with oak spice, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla, plum, and cocoa lingering elegantly.
