This small batch release represents the experimental side of Kilchoman. Each unique batch combines some of their rarest casks to create exclusive bottlings for different countries around the world. This small bacth vatting combines bourbon, oloroso sherry and Clavados cask matured Kilchoman at 49% ABV. The makeup includes 70% bourbon barrels, 25% Calvados casks and 5% oloroso sherry casks. The result is a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke with layers of baked apples, fresh fruit and honey sweetness.
