A traditional bottle fermented English sparkling wine with a balanced blend of Seyval Blanc (60%) Phoenix (20%) and Pinot Noir (20%) grapes, giving hints of crisp green apple and stone fruits on the palate, complemented by classic biscuit and brioche character typical of extended bottle maturation on the lees. This is everything you would expect of any superior sparkling wine; fresh, rich, and full of complexity.
